Mike Davis, the former Chief Counsel for Nominations to Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley, is the founder and president of the Article III Project (A3P). A3P fights against lawfare, defends constitutionalist judges, and fights for restoring justice and the rule of law. He is also the founder and managing partner of MRDLaw. Dr. John C. Eastman is Founding Director of the Claremont Institute’s Center for Constitutional Jurisprudence; Senior Fellow of the Claremont Institute; and until January 2021 served as the Henry Salvatori Professor of Law & Community Service at Chapman University’s Dale E. Fowler School of Law.

From 1996 to 1997, he served as a law clerk with the Honorable Justice Clarence Thomas in the United States Supreme Court. After concluding his clerkships, Dr. Eastman took a position with Kirkland & Ellis in Los Angeles until 1999.

Upon leaving Kirkland & Ellis, Dr. Eastman began teaching at Chapman University where he served as Dean from 2007 to 2010. He also founded the Center for Constitutional Jurisprudence in 1999 and has served as its Director since that time.

Dr. Eastman has served as the chairman of the Federalist Society’s Federalism and Separation of Powers Practice Group and as the Chairman of the Board of the National Organization for Marriage. He is on the Advisory Board for the St. Thomas More Society of Orange County and St. Monica’s Academy. He has been recognized by Chapman University as Professor of the Year (2002) and for Faculty Excellence in Scholarly and Creative Activity (2013). Arthur Coday, Jr., M.D. is a general practitioner of medicine with a special interest in cardiovascular and geriatric medicine. Dr. Coday graduated Magna Cum Laude with College Honors from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Cellular and Molecular Biology. He graduated from Harvard Medical School, and while there co-authored a textbook chapter on heart failure. As a medical student, Dr. Coday, spent time on the cardiac surgery service at the Massachusetts General Hospital, spent a month on the cardiac surgery service at the Boston Children's Hospital, completed an elective in cardiology at the Brigham and Women's Hospital, and took an advanced basic science course in heart failure. Dr. Coday was a surgical resident at the Johns Hopkins and Virginia Mason hospitals where he spent a significant amount of time on the cardiac surgery services. Dr. Coday completed a two year post-doctoral fellowship in cardiovascular science funded by the National Institutes of Health at the Boston University School of Medicine where he studied cardiogenic shock in a rabbit model. In his private practice, Dr. Coday has cared for many patients with heart failure and he has cared for patients in nursing homes, including serving as the medical director for a very busy nursing home in Washington State.

Our October 9th Speaker is Reporter Joe Hanneman, an expert on what happened on January 6th.

He’s a newsman of the old stripe who gets his stories the hard way. He personally interviews witnesses, he takes personal statements, he looks at photos and videos, he attends hearings and interacts with anyone with information to share regarding the story he’s working on.

Joseph M. Hanneman is an investigative reporter for Blaze Media. He previously worked as a senior investigative reporter for The Epoch Times. Sam Faddis is a former U.S. Army combat arms officer and retired CIA ops officer who spent 20 years undercover in South Asia and the Middle East working against rogue states, terrorist groups and WMD smuggling networks. Prior to joining CIA, Sam was a U.S. Army Armor and JAG officer (Captain), and then served as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Washington.

In 2002 Sam took the first CIA team into Iraq almost a full year in advance of the invasion of that country. After his retirement from CIA, he spent another ten years building and running complex training courses for operatives employed by NSA, DIA, DOE, military counterintelligence units and other components of the IC. He has also taught for a number of academic institutions including the University of Maryland, King College and Tulane University.

He is the author of seven books and the senior editor for AND Magazine, an online publication focused on national security issues. Faddis is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University and the University of Maryland School of Law.

Author and journalist Michael Shellenberger is coming to WOW from Berkeley, California where he lives with his wife, Helen Lee and their two children. It’s also where he keeps his suitcases and where he periodically returns to refresh after traveling. He does a lot of traveling.

Shellenberger was born (1971) and raised in Colorado to Mennonite parents. He writes about politics, the environment, climate change and nuclear power. His work has won him high accolades. Shellenberger’s journalistic repertoire is wide. Lately, he has been in the news and in front of congressional hearings frequently. This visit with Tucker Carlson about the folly of climate change political policies is a great interview and a good introduction for us to Shellenberger.

WOW'S FALL KICKOFF EVENT

Kimberley Strassel is a member of the editorial board for The Wall Street Journal. She writes editorials, as well as the weekly Potomac Watch political column.

Ms. Strassel joined Dow Jones & Co. in 1994, working in the news department of The Wall Street Journal Europe in Brussels, and then in London. She moved to New York in 1999 and soon thereafter joined the Journal's editorial page, working as a features editor, and then as an editorial writer. She assumed her current position in 2005.

Ms. Strassel, a 2014 Bradley Prize recipient, is a Fox News contributor and appears on the Sunday political shows. She is the author of two New York Times bestsellers: The Intimidation Game and Resistance (At All Costs).  Her newest book, The Biden Malaise: How America Bounces Back from Joe Biden's Dismal Repeat of the Jimmy Carter Years, is on shelves July 18.  She will be available to autograph your copy.

An Oregon native, Ms. Strassel earned a bachelor's degree from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs of Princeton University.

Biography

James O'Keefe is an American journalist and media innovator who uses undercover journalist footage and whistleblowers to create stories with his recognizable unconventional flair. He has founded three media organizations over his 15 year career.

O’Keefe is currently CEO of O’Keefe Media Group - OMG, which he founded in 2023. OMG is dedicated to empowering citizen journalists to replicate his model of exposing corruption and fraud. He’s unleashed hundreds of citizen journalists who bring back documented untold stories.

O'Keefe's investigations have led directly to the passage of new legislation, federal and state investigations, Congressional inquiries, the defunding of taxpayer-funded groups, and even jail time for some of the most corrupt.

Further, his 2009 ACORN investigation led to the group's collapse. Other investigations resulted in: a Planned Parenthood Vice President’s firing; NPR executives fired; an Enroll America director fired; Medicaid worker re-trainings; a formal investigation into the group Battleground Texas; Congressional field hearings into Obamacare navigator fraud. In 2017, his investigations into the DisruptJ20 movement led to the arrests of three people for conspiracy to commit assault at the National Press Club during the Presidential Inauguration.

James O'Keefe is a force for Truth.

O’Keefe tells Edward Welch in an interview for The Chronicles that when he was at Rutgers, his newspaper column was not renewed. O’Keefe’s response to that was to start a competing publication he called The Centurion. Fast forward to early 2023 for “déjà vu all over again” on a bigger scale.  Since graduation, his career awards include the Robert Novak Award for Journalistic Excellence in 2011, and the Young Professional Conservative Leadership Buckley Award in 2014 for “significant achievements in advancing the Conservative cause." He’s been twice-named “Fox News Power Player of the Week.” Also, James O’Keefe was honored by Forbes as a "30 Under 30" Media Mogul.

O’Keefe’s latest undercover sting has FOX Producer Sean Langille recorded saying that Tucker Carlson’s firing was negotiated in a recent sealed lawsuit settlement. FOX News says it is “categorically false” that the Dominion settlement at all impacted the decision to terminate Carlson.

Biography

OUR UPCOMING MARCH 22nd SPEAKER, Roger W. The US Federal pension funds for civilian and military retirees are invested in dozens of these sanctioned Chinese companies.

"Moreover, it should be made illegal for the persons of EU countries to hold the securities (including bonds) of Chinese and other companies linked to forced labor."  In the current proposal, banning such offending companies from accessing European capital markets is not even referenced, much less proposed to serve as a central pillar of this entire EU forced labor initiative. Permitting such a glaring policy inconsistency would fundamentally undermine this entire EU forced labor proposal."

Jeffrey A. Tucker is the Founder and President of the Brownstone Institute. Mr. Nigel Farage is an internationally recognized British politician who co-founded and led the UK Independence Party (UKIP) from 2006 to 2016. As the leader of the Brexit party from 2019 to 2021, Mr. Farage accomplished what many said was impossible: he led the fight to withdraw the UK from the European Union.

Mr. Farage saw the dangers ahead as the European Union increasingly exerted its power and dominance over the member countries. In June 2016, British voters agreed to Brexit. The City of London, with so many elite global financial ties, were strongly against the UK leaving the EU. The financial newspapers and mainstream press were relentlessly against leaving, yet at the same time, quiet conversations with working people in London (like taxi drivers and hotel employees) made obvious the breadth of support for Brexit.

Outside London at the same time, there was enormous support and agreement that it was time to leave, and that is what they called the movement. All over the hillsides of England were huge signs proclaiming simply “LEAVE.”

In June 2016, British voters did vote to leave the EU. Even with that decision made, it fell to the political machinery of the Prime Minister to undertake the negotiations of the UK withdrawal. This remarkable political accomplishment earns Mr. Farage an important role in future history books, and he continues to be one of the most influential and inspiring figures in British politics today.

Following the death of Queen Elizabeth II, Britain now has a brand new Prime Minister as well as a new King. The European Union appears to be collapsing, and there are global financial and supply hardships everywhere. We are in historic times.
