John Guandolo

Counter-Terrorism Expert, Retired FBI Agent and Officer in the US Marine Corp

John Guandolo has years of unique experience helping local, state, and federal leaders identify and deal with real threats.  Primarily, he trains citizens, local leaders, and police how to fortify their counties.

John graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy, served as an officer in the U.S. Marine Corps in combat operations in infantry and reconnaissance units, and served for nearly 13 years in the FBI where he developed the first counter-terrorism programs (2006) identifying the significant jihadi networks and how to deal with them.  John was the first individual, along with Stephen Coughlin working in the Joint Staff, to brief about the Islamic threat inside the government to high level officials. He was recruited out of the FBI by the Department of Defense in 2008 to conduct strategic analysis on the communist and jihadi Movements inside the United States and beyond.  He has worked with senior U.S. government officials and agencies and foreign governments, but spends most of his time helping local communities shore up their counties.
